Building on the success of Welcome Home Elvis, From Memphis to Hollywood, and Memphis to Nashville ’61, the latest release, Summer of ’61, turns the spotlight on the summer months of 1961—specifically the production of the film Follow That Dream, which was shot on location in Florida during July and August of that year.

This book features original newspaper articles, newly conducted exclusive interviews with cast members, crew, and local residents, as well as insights into scenes that were ultimately removed from the final cut of the film.

Summer of ’61 includes over 200 stunning, previously unpublished photographs sourced from the original negatives, along with a companion CD.
