A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with Memphis Mansion until you have received an order confirmation from us.
Prices
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. Reservations are made for currency changes, force majeure, delivery failure, out-of-stock items, printing errors.
Right of complaint
Memphis Mansion provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Memphis Mansion within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for an exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Memphis Mansion bears return costs to a reasonable extent.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, please send an email marked “Cancellation”. The cancellation should be made on the same day as the order is made.
Delivery
We process the orders in the order they are received. We pack and ship your order within 2 business days.
Return goods
There is a 14-day full right of return on all goods. Simply send the item as a regular package or in a sample envelope. Please do not send return items by cash on delivery.
Refund
After we have received and processed your returned goods, you will automatically receive your refund in your account. We aim to process your return within 5-10 days.
Payment
The possible payment methods are: Dankort and international credit cards, prepayment in cash.
For purchases by credit card, the amount will only be withdrawn when we send the item. Postage rates depend on weight and country.
Gift card
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Tickets
When buying a ticket for one of our events, the money is withdrawn from the card on the following banking day. Check that the ticket is in accordance with the order. The order confirmation is valid as a ticket. The ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund claims for event cancellations, complaints about the event or the like. In case of cancellation, the customer is notified and the amount paid is refunded. Cancellation only covers the event not taking place at all. Changing the date, partial execution or change in the repertoire is not to be considered a cancellation. Shipping, payment card, order and ticket fees are not refundable.
Abroad
The same rules as in Denmark apply. Likewise, the postage rate differs from country to country.
Product order by telephone
As far as possible, goods should be ordered in the webshop. However, you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions or need advice and guidance. The shop is open every day at 10-18 also on tel. 86 42 96 96
Right of withdrawal
When using the right of withdrawal, please return the item in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, as lack of packaging usually leads to a reduction in the sales value. Costs of sending the product back are borne by the consumer
